This week is all about finding out where you are now, what’s going on for you and the issues that are causing problems for you right now. It’s important to always start with the baseline to examine your situation and we will come back to these exercises and reflect at the end of the eight-weeks. The first exercise is all about taking stock, this exercise allows you to express what is going on for you right now, where you are on your journey and more importantly to acknowledge all that you already have done. Next is the Wheel of Life - this is a great tool for looking at the balance in your life but also by examining your answers further, you get insight into what you do and how you do it. Set aside 45 minutes to an hour complete the exercises.
We'll cover who you are, what's important to you, tools for success and gain a deeper insight to yourself.
We'll create your vision, looking at your 'why' and start setting goals.
We look at the power of goal setting, creating two deep goals and ensuring success.
Planning and using your 90 day planner
