A DIRECTION session is a 60 to 90 minute private conversation. There is no programme to join, no curriculum to follow, and nothing to prepare in advance. The session is structured around what you are actually navigating, not a fixed format.
What you bring is whatever is most pressing. What I bring is 25 years of senior leadership advisory experience, a PhD in the social science of identity and change, and the ability to help you hear your own thinking more clearly than you can when you are inside it.
Therapy. A life coaching session. A strategy workshop. A pitch for a longer programme. Nothing is sold in the session. You leave with clarity and a clear sense of your next step, and what happens after that is entirely your choice.
